When I Started: Jan 2002
HOW I STARTED:

I wanted to improve my strength in TENNIS so I joined the gym.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It helps me blasts away with those 100m sprints which I love!

guest hey, sir i from asr, punjab too, right now in south side doing my engineering.... i'm not that muscular actually! i eat enough but i guess my body metabolic rate may be fast enough to digest it all fast...so i'm not gettin any muscle...should i take any proteing powder, any particular exercises..?
