Wanting to gain weight I increased my calorie intake to 2100. Working out 3 days/week and doing cardio/abs once a week. Only whey protein at the moment. A mosquito attacked my oblique hahaha.

Taken at 132.5 Lbs and at 10.1% bodyfat. I have been eating an avg. of 2477 calories for two weeks. I gained 4 Lbs from last prog pic.

This was takken at 133 lbs with 10.3 % Bodyfat, after 7 days of eating an avg. of 2641 Cal/Day.

After a week of eating an avg. of 3180 Cal/Day. Bodyfat% came in at 10.5 at a weight of 134.5 lbs. A gain of 2 lbs, .48 lbs of fat and 1.52 of muscle from last progress pic.
