My shoulder has recovers, now my right bicep feels strained.

I had a great leg workout. I added some weight to some of the exercises, good to see that I'm getting stronger.

This morning I worked on the guns. I got a great pump and I handled my exercises with more control.

I increased my caloric intake last week and I lose weight this week. New goal is 3180 Cal/Day.
