I take bad recipies that I like, and sub all the bad fats for good ones, or even use less of them. It takes some time and effort, but I can tell you that it's better than eating like a rabbit. In the past week I gained two pounds while keeping my bodyfat% in control. My weight came up from 132.5 lbs to 134.5 lbs. and my bodyfat% went from 10.3 to 10.5. Muscle mass gain of 1.52 lbs. and fat gains .48 lbs. Total calori intake of 3180/day, macros at 55%...
lol.....no doubt...I finally got that out of the picture too...about 2 months after I abused my margarita machine...now I mix my protein shakes in it...lol
Bulking is goin' pretty good actually. Im only eating 300 ovr maintenance cuz Im trying to avoid fat gain. Diet consists a lot of meat, dairy, bread, tiny bit of fruit, and sumtimes fast food.. I cant resist.. Its a bulk, I can eat junk if I want to. Lol.

My metabolic rate is crazy, it is extremely difficult for me to put on weight. I'm actually taking in close to about 5000 cals a day now. Have been doing that for about 3-4 weeks now... It might be a little excessive, but until my body fat reaches 12% I don't see the problem... =D
