I just ordered some protein tablets, with great amount of quantity and with some other great products which all leads to my fitness goal. I am starting to build a solid base, to have the nutrition I need as well as the fitness equipment. I personally workout at home, with dumbbells and others...
I'm starting a new workout routine this week, going to try the HST...

Since I'm trying to get as big as possible, I'm taking in 5000 cals a day, 300+ protein, 700+ carbs... But my metabolism is super fast... And it's mostly with weight gainer.
Huh? You ordered protein in tablets? Not sure if I have ever heard of that... I'm good, I only weigh myself on Mondays, so a few more days until I know how I'm doing. So far, gained 3.6 lbs per week, so I should be on track, had a great workout today. But I'm leaving on vacation on Friday, so not sure if I'll be able to work out next week.
But yes, supps can get real expensive, you can always find ways to get natural stuff. There's tons of information in the forums if you know how to search. I always buy the biggest amount possible too, since it will be less over time...
I never really pay attention to the shipping. I buy in bulk, which will save you money in the long haul. Try to figure out your goal and what it would take to get there. It can get costly, but I keep it as a priority, so if I buy this stuff, then less of other stuff. I have 4 weight gainer shakes a day. Each 10 lb tub has about 20 in them, so I need 6 a month and buy all at once...
What products? What body type are you and what are your overall goals? Are you skinny and trying to gain weight?
The best product I'm taking right now is Animal Pump, that stuff works great... =D
BTW, you can pick any body part and focus on it. I feel like my chest is my smallest part, so I actually do chest twice a week, and everything else once. For a month, I even did nothing but chest to get it bigger while keeping everything else the same. You can work shoulders only if you wish, but it will set your overall progress back a little...
Are you keeping track of your progress? I have been working out for a while, but only started bodybuilding 2 weeks ago. Before I was doing the regular stuff with some cardio, now that I'm on my new plan I have gained 7 lbs in 2 weeks...
My shoulders are actually where I see the most improvement. I almost always do Barbell Presses. I was at the gym the other day and asked for a spot. They guy asked me what I was doing. I was a little surprised since I thought this was the most common exercise. Not even sure if I got name right. Like military press but bar in front of you, then Arnold presses are great too...
Workouts are good, actually just logged on to write another blog, today marks 2 weeks done of my new workout/bulking program. I'm up over 7 lbs in 2 weeks and still haven't any alcohol... =D
