Lostsurf2k3 well, as far as I know your body needs carbs and when you starve it most of the week, you need to load up on one day. I never work out on Sunday and eat carbs. Seems to work for me. Scientifically, I'm not sure why it works :) Least I'm honest! lol Feb 16, 2009 4:07pm

Lostsurf2k3 yea this was my second time. it's so much easier than you think. just cut down caloric intake and cut out all carbs except for Sunday when you load up. Start some cardio...do all this and you'll be cut brotha! :) Feb 16, 2009 3:55pm
