Work out at the gym at least 3xs/week doing cardio and weights. Cardio outside gym 1-3xs/week. Clean up my diet.
Goal (Long):
I wanna be the lyric in the song "Brick House."
Specifically:
I want to weigh 140-150 pounds by January 1, 2008.
I want to weigh 134-144 pounds by January 25, 2008. I want to achieve this by eating healthy, lifting weights and doing cardio. I want to be toned and lean.
Updated Goal (November 10, 2007): I want to be a size 4 with measurements 34"-24"-34" or 34/36"-26"-36" by June 1, 2007. I don't care what I weigh if I hit the size and measurements.... =)
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 30 lb

Sooo..... I am entering a bikini contest. One of the major ones. I have one day less than 10 weeks. I just decided tonight. I don't even know how I'm going to pull this off. It is so not me to get on a stage and prance around in a bikini. Hell, I don't even usually prance alone in my apartment....
Hey, missy, thought I'd check in on you and see how things are going? Saw your goals; yep, glad you know that WEIGHT is NOT the important thing, but your body comp! And as for your measurements, if you get there you will be 'perfect', as they say in the modelling world, LOL. But, nope, it's about what makes YOU happy and where you're comfortable. And I say, go, girl, go! Good luck this year in getting everything you want! :)
Yes I ate clean through the holidays but only because I was the cook and the smell of everything made me so sick I couldn't eat anything lol Don't worry about indulging, just start clean again now :) Your lookin' fabulous :)
Training is ok. Gyms closed til 3 Jan, so just trying to do a 20 min run every day. Eating eas good over Christmas (still got another week and a half to go yet), but I was VERY bad leading up to it, so don't know if it counts? Anyways, don't stress; you can always get back on track pretty fast! :)
Oh, I get to the gym some, but not enough. Things are always changing in my life right now. I got to surf the other day though. I did get a few good ones. It reminded me of old times. If I don't drop you a note before, Happy New Year!

Isn't a Mexican pantry the most devlish? I did a stint down there once and I couldn't stop eating! I had to put my foot down with the mayo on the sandwiches. Enough already! Anyway, post more pics!!
