because nothing else really can put you threw such a test of will and determination, dieting is really one of the most intence things you can do, telling yourself not to have what you desire is hard!, but when you have won and beat your self, you truley can accomplish anything else. fitness understands you and only wants the best for you, it makes you stronger in the mind and physically only the few can acheive such a test.fitness is truley the only thing can comfert me in life, i fi didnt have fitness, id be nothing.
How I Stay Motivated:
im not entirely sure, its a really hard thing to explian in words. i feel as if its what im here to do.

get down to about 160-165 for my first bodybuilding comp nov in miami, FAME comp.
Goal (Long):
to blow everyones minds when they see me lookin crazy as hell compared to everyone else, i want to be the most renoune jr. bodybuilder in miami when i go to compete!
and want to make this a permanit, i want to always be in shape for myslef, i smile all the time now, i can only imagine how it will be when i have succeeded this, thank you so much to everyone who gives me support.
What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
honestly my biggest motavation is to be the fastest tumbler and dancer there is, and to find i woman that enjoys fitness as much as i do.
id tell them that when you succeeded your goal, youl want to do it again bacuse the feeling is acomplishment, ever one wants that feeling, some cant bring them selvs to have it. so be the few that dont have stop in there vocabulary. too much is not enough!honestly my biggest motavation is to be the fastest tumbler and dancer there is, and to find i woman that enjoys fitness as much as i do.

i tell them how serious i am about it and how much i really do love it to let them know this is who i am, and this meen more to me than they ever will understand.

yes i would love for u to write out me a plan if its not to much trouble. u look like u kno what ur talkin about and i trust u completely. my carbs... mostly bread, veggies, and most the meats i eat dont have a lot of carbs.

low fat, very high protein, i eat 6 meals a day... protein shakes after working out. but let me ask u a question... how do u get rid of the extra fat but how do u get rid of the extra water? u seem like ur a guy that would kno
