It seems like its the one thing that is constant, that doesnt change and its always gonna be at the gym waiting for you, no matter what happens.

I couldnt give a credible answer, the longest ive stayed motivated is a few months, im no expert.

I dont know what my bodyfat is right now, but it really isn't that low. The lowest it's ever been tested at was 13.9%. I only feel tired when I drop my carb intake for a while.
