I was introduced when i was 14.
And i will post more photos soon!
Why I Love It:
Sadly ive been out for about six months. I hit a wall of depression and lost all of my hopes and inperations and gained almost 40 pounds of pure fat.
but now im back ready to put all of this crap behind me and start feeling the way i should.
How I Stay Motivated:
im not entirely sure, its a really hard thing to explian in words. But basically fitness to me only wants the best for you. It will never give you more or less than you can handle. its there when you need a shoulder to lean on and if your commited, it will treat you the very best it can.
BB Accomplishments:
nutrition knowledge. And when i dieted down my first time i lost 23 pounds, from 190 to 167, i stuck to my program for six weeks straight, and this time i plan on losing 40 pounds, wish me luck!

I dont know what my bodyfat is right now, but it really isn't that low. The lowest it's ever been tested at was 13.9%. I only feel tired when I drop my carb intake for a while.
