My friends Justin and Jordan Price got me into it. But I wasn't too big into it until I started doing more Jeet Kune Do training.
Why I Love It:
It increases my strength and my punches. But I also like how it keeps me healthy and I love the way it makes me look.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bruce lee, definately.

I have defined abs and my arms and back are really muscular.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Keep working and keep records of results. It will make you want to improve more.

100% Whey protein. I take it for the same reason anyone else does.
