Monday:Chest,back,Abs
Tuesday:Shoulders ,arms
Wednesdy:Legs,forearms
Thursday: Chest,back,abs
Friday:Shoulders,arms
S aturday:Legs,forearms
Sunday:OFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

*Around 18 sets per body part except for ARMS and SHOULDERS
*High intensity
*Always heavy
*Always to the max
*4-12 reps

-This a modified version that I got from "Arnold encyclopedia of modern day bodybuilding" Pg 208-209.
