I started training from high school football. Unfortunately, my senior year I was injured with two herniated discs. Obligated to stop weight training for a year, I was determined to come back stronger and bigger. I have a long way to go, but let's see what happens!
Why I Love It:
It's like "runner's high," an instant gratification that is indescribable! In addition, it is great for our health and well-being!
How I Stay Motivated:
Painting a picture in my head of what my ultimate outcome would be, and trying to achieve that!
