What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Start out by just training consistently. Also, start with slightly lighter weights so that you learn the proper form and learn how to do each exercise most efficiently.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I didn't know many exercises and was therefore limited in my workouts, but that's not really a mistake because I learned a lot more as I went.
