My goal: 160lbs, 8%BF, increase V shape while maintaining abs.
Goal (Long):
Well when I started hitting the gym I had low self esteem, now I am much more confident in my apperence just after a few months. Lots of people have already noticed my gains. My aim is more muscle and less fat so my abs show.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%

How is Romsey Gym? I'm within cycling distance to it so I could go when I leave college. I know they've done a lot of renervations there recently so is any of that on the gym? Just looking for cost and freeweights area + any other goodies you think are worth mentioning.
You might be setting a goal too far ahead. Shoot for the 2 pounds a week, give it 3 months, then see where you stand. In that period, if you hit hard and eat even harded, you could reasonably make 150-160.
You look like an ecto though, so eat about twice as much as you think you should be to gain weight. Get a little tubby on your gain, you can lose it fast anyway
