hey m8 cheers for that, yea was first comp so happy with the result, we got this little comp dwn r gym on staurday so i wanna get that 215 dead i missed and also that 190 squat. im not sure i got the right guy on facebook if i didnt search me apeters666@yahoo.co.uk

hey m8, did my meet on saturday it was the british open championships at bath uni, squatted 180 had another 10kg in me i recone though, deadlifted 205 just missed the lock out on 215, benched 105, i won my catogrey out of three guys so im invited to the worlds in las vages to represent gb if i want, u got facebook? ive got my vids of the meet on there

elo m8, yea i havnt been on hear for sooo long eaither, yea m8 lifting is going good got my first powerlifting comp in 9days so ive done all my last heavy sessions did a double with 170 on the squat a tripple with 195 on the deadlift, hoping to get a 175 plus squat and a 205plus deadlift in this comp and hopfully a 500kg total, i see ur lifting is going awsome u made loads of progress, u still training in bath?

hey layne hope all it well, i hope your training for that powerlifting meet is going well. i was wondering if u could recomend the best way or the way in which u work out your BMR and how many calories u burn a day so i can sort my deit out. good luck to u with your powerlifting and best of luck to Isabel with her comp coming up she looks like she gona be kicking ass on stage

hope the journey from figure to powerlifting is going well. what are your goal lifts for your firt comp? i hope u smash the powerlifitng world like u did to the figure and modeling world u just look simply amazing.

i hope your exams went well, what kind of exams were they? ive heard about that training in thailand it seems pretty hard core u must learn alot when your out there and get into sick shape. where about in the uk do u train and live?

hey james, lookin awsome bro, notcied in one of the forms u were going on about how u did bob's slow pace cardio, i know u start of slow at like 3.5mph for the first twenty minutes but do i keep that pace for the whole 45 minutes or am i meant to be going at a jogging pace?

hey layne just saw your new deadlift video insane weight mate, i would say your form is awsome, just wondering how many grams of protein u would recomend in a shake after a workout, about 25g or more like 50g? i have read alot of mixed opinions on pwo meals.
