Hello! Training is going well although it makes for a very long day!! I figured I can get where I need to be for the Figure category in 5 months... At least I hope! Good luck with your goals as well! Keep in touch! Steph

Yes. I usually keep that pace. Sometimes, when I want to combine athletic ability and cardio, i'll some 3 or so intervals of fast sprints for 5 minutes a time along with it near the end of the workout. Probably

Thanks for the sweet comments. My training is back on track now after a 3 week break for exams! I've had countless point sparring bouts but I am yet to step in to the full contact Muay Thai ring. I'm back in Thailand this summer at Tiger Muay Thai and MMA camp, so maybe a fight is on the cards soon. If you're in a position whereby you can travel and train, check out http://www.tigermuaythai.com. Hope your training is going well, keep me up to date with your progress?

Thanks for the comment-I don't feel like I am doing the greatest right now though. It is very difficult to be consistent enough with eating to notice big changes in bf%. I know it just takes time, but certainly can be frustrating.

really depends on a lot of factors, for most people 30-40g will be sufficient to maximize the anabolic response
