I wanted to get bigger for my sports like rugby and also wanted to improve my body gte more muscle defintion and size
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling during and after a workout. I love sculpting my body and making it look better. I love lifting heavy and seeing how strong i can get and how much weight i can lift. It also helps me physicaly and mentaly when playing sport
How I Stay Motivated:
Wathcing videos of people like jay and ronnie. seeing something that i want and setting a goal and meeting it.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet, o yea bench pressing 135lbs at 15 and deadlifting 315lbs at 17.

i have got about 2 months to get my self ready fro the rugby and hockey session i want to gain loads of size and strength for rugby and i also want to improve my cardio and my speed for both sports. i have not done any cardio of speed work for months now so i will have to get back into doing...
Very well - thanks! I made some excellent gains on my quads, hammies are hard to tell until I'm a little leaner since that's where I hold all my fat. I'm 9 weeks out from the North Americans and 10 weeks from the Team Universe. How's the road to 240?
Thank you very much for such kind words of encouragement! It was 250lbs on the squat video, but it is hard to see the weights. I'm trying to work up to 275lbs for 6.
Just trying to enjoy the summer and getting out doing other things like biking, running and so on. My workouts are slowly taking the heavy road again, but still working for definition. I really am working on more front squats, and after watching your vid, i dont think i was going low enough, will have to video it.
well good look with ya big bulk m8. Its visble gains and ive dropped bodyfat and gone up in weight haha its insane but it ended up causing some more problems with my shoulder but my physiotherapist just gave me some more stretch's to do and it sorted that out soon enough. Im going to start my big bulk in augest or september cos thats when I should!!! be healed
ow that is strange lol, my training is going well thanks i should have slowed donw cause of exams and all that but i seem to be doing more, in my avotor pic i was 180lbs and now im about 205lb bout the same bodyfat maybe lill more and thats in a couple of months, just trying to get the big 240lbs so im still bulking like a bitch, maybe your taking in more calories than u think on your cut or u just look bigger when u cut away the muscle have u gained weight or just visible size
thanks, but its odd I have been cutting and doing cardio and just trying to maintain muscle but I must of just had some sort of growth spurt but only in muscle cos I aint grown any taller :S So hows things going with you?
