How I Started:
I basically got started in bootcamp. Believe it or not I only lost about 5 lbs or so. After bootcamp I failed a couple of PRTs due to bodyfat composition. I have always been on the edge and this has always been a problem for me. I am able to run and do everything else with excellent marks, it's just my bodyfat % that gets to me.
Why I Love It:
It's my duty to stay fit, plus it's healthy for me and my family.
How I Stay Motivated:
"honor, courage, and commitment" along with my Son are my main keys to staying motivated. Plus for my size I'm pretty fast. At least I've got that on those skinny kids!
BB Accomplishments:

Yes and no. I am trying to get my run time down and my push ups up, but I'm mainly just working out to be in the best shape poosible. Good luck on the weigh ins.
I've been advised to finish my degree first, then look at my options... Either the Air Force or the Department of Defence. So still in limbo, the difference it purely financial. If I wait it will be an extra 10 -15 thousand a year ;-) How are you going anyway???
