How I Started:
I was stationed at Ft riley KS, comming out of AIT;I was a disgusting fat body according to Army standards and my squad leader it was unacceptable, and failing a PT test is not a good feeling....so that is what got me motivated
Why I Love It:
Well with all the BS the military and the mental abuse you deal with (sometimes) it is good to come to the gym and let those frustrations and stresses out, while getting my ass in shape

Just stopping by to see how things are going. Im starting to go to the gym twice a day, sense I never know when I have to go play army. The diet is coming along good. I just moved into our trailers so once I get my kitchen together I can hit the diet as hard as I hit the gym. What’s up with u?
