This is what 1968 Ford F100 looks like but with an updated engine, the iconic 390. (I graduated from high school in 1968). Original colors. Two tone. Primitive, primal driving. Lotsa work shifting. Engine talks to you. Nothing power (steering, windows, brakes etc) about it. Air conditioning opening the wing windows. And it needs a key to open the doors and start the engine. So…how is it now that Detroit is no longer feared or awesome or at least maintaining market share? If Henry could be “channeled” he’d tell us that the whole Ford place needs cleaning-out including the Board and current CEO. Their stewardship of a great, iconic American company is pathetic. The Company has his name on it.

Good evening fit fam. Back and biceps today for my Tuesday lunch escape. Pull down edition. Did: 4 sets of WG, plate loading leverage pulldowns, 4 sets of CG pulldowns, 4 sets of straight arm/straight bar pulldowns, 4 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 4 sets of machine preacher curls (plate loading unit), 4 sets of seated, two arm machine curls (independent arm movement), and 4 sets of two arm hammer curls on an inclined bench. Happy numbers for today were 185 lbs x 10 on the wide grip pulldowns. 65 lb machine preachers did the trick. Sleeves were tight on the trip back to work! Hope that everyone had a great day.
