How I Started:
I started lifting in the 7th grade. I been doing it off and on but really picked it iup in the last year and half.
Why I Love It:
There is no better feel then working and shaping you body. When im lifting its my time there is no classes no stress no body but me and my routin.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love to push my self by setting goals and reaching them just to set new ones.
