Look more respectable on the beach.
Get rid of the fat covering my abs, so that they are more defined.
Gain more bicep and tricep muscle.
Stronger back muscles.
Stronger, more defined pectorals.
Tired of being a lazy ass. College has put 13 lbs of fat on me, and I hate it.
I started a H.I.I.T. routine a week ago, and I'm doing ok so far. No loss in weight. Have to make my diet stricter. I'm considering alternating between aerobic days and anaerobic days, to hopefully kick this fat....
