Got started my junior year of HS, and been off and on ever since...

Makes me feel good, and I'm not as tired throughout the day... Keeps me out of trouble too...

Ahh, well at the moment I'm having problems in that area so I'll get back to y'all...
BB Accomplishments:
NONE... Oh, I can do 3-sets of 15 on the #1 Captains Of Crush Grippers which is 140lbs of pressure... Got 2 reps on the #2 today 4/25/07 which is 195lbs...
Again, not much bigger but I've only been hitting the gym again for the past 4-months... I've got a long way to go to get to where I want to be but I'm working on it...
hahah that early gym session turned into back to sleep then later gym session...but it was one of the best workouts ive had in a week...increased my calf raise to 180lbs:)

Thanks for adding me to your friend list. Thank you for the comments. Look for my first set of progress pictures in late September. I just received some Lipo 6 and will start them tomorrow. My main goal right now is to drop weight by losing body fat. My secondary goal is to maintain muscle and add some to help burn calories. I'm looking for my first set of pictures to be great.
