Fit Status:
I bought H-Drol for the first time. Never tried anything of this nature so I'm taking with cycle assist and P.C.T Assist after the 30days.
205lbs. 17%body fat and just powerlifting yet I looked weak which is why I prefer keeping lean diets and doing 1RepMax's once every two weeks to keep my strength.
Everyone thinks I'm bigger now then before and it pisses me off cuz i'm 20lbs lighter! This is why i prefer lean muscle gains. Take for freaking ever but at least you look good year round.

Goal (Long):
GOAL IS TO BE MORE PATIENT AND GAIN LEAN MASS WITH STRICT TRAINING AND DIET. It's hard but I rather gain the real deal and no fat muscle guts.
Dude - love your line of thinking about clean bulk - talking off lbs and looking bigger. I've had similar situations. See your comments on Shock Therapy. Animal Pump is a good one. Hey! My fitness is coming along great. Finally back to working out regulary (just babying the hamstring) and I'm really focused on my eating . . . today is day 3 with no carbs (no breaded carbs anyway). Tomorrow I get to eat oatmeal!!! How's your training?
hey dude awesome physique man,awesome awesome abs. do u know of any sample diet plan nd workout program i can get. ive been working out for 2 years now with no results. i dnt even have ripped abs despite doing alot of cardio to and cant seem to get my lower tummy flat despite still not growing size wise im still small. Pls any sort of help and advice would be appreciated.
MCT's really work when you are super low carbing it.
Cocnut oil is a winner in my book. I try to cook with it, and mix it in my low carb shakes. Doesnt really taste too coconutty.
Yeah I do need to hit my abs more. I found that if I use thermos just on workout days I used to maintain 8-9%...now that Im 27 it is not working as well, lol.
Carb cycling is awesome as well.
What BF% were you using. Your progess pics sure as don't start at 17%, hehe. Maybe in a dunk tank, hehe.
I'm around 11-12% now, and my abs are just poppin. You have to be around 5-6% in your avi.
