It was at school when I saw my friends and the football team in the weightroom and I decided to try it out and haha I just couldn't stop after that
Why I Love It:
It just leaves you with a great feeling after you workout and it just makes you feel better about yourself

I just see other professional bodybuilders lifting and it just makes me want to work harder and strive to be better.

It's is all with your diet, if you are not consuming at least 1.5g of protein per lb of bodyweight, that would be my first suggestion.
