How I Started:
As a kid working hard bucking hay & shoveling @#$% out the Barn made me healthy. In 1986 I broke my Right Arm & Leg, I had steel pins put in the Radius,Ulna,Femur,Tibia and out in 1991. Right knee surgery in 2000, by 2001 I was up to 300lbs and starting to have health problems. In 2004 it was time to take back my body, and no more poor me it hurts to much to workout.So down the road I go again.

I love to move the weight's

My Grandson needs someone when the other kid tales him is dad is going to? All he needs is Grandpa.
