00Gymrat00 Legs and abs today. Killed it! Anyone does cardio on leg day?

  • Intensity versus length of time is key with cardio. If you can separate weight lifting from cardio that would be good if not you will feel it best after you hit the weight's. For example if I do legs I'll get on my bike or eliptical and turn the intensity up and increase my speed to burn my leg's out. :D

Katj3250 I've really enjoyed it. I'd much rather do something that's short and intense, and it's intense. The last stage is pretty hard, sprints on level 8, 30 seconds on 30 seconds off! Some days I couldn't make it the whole 30 seconds I actually really enjoy carb cycling...I know I'm weird. But once I plan it out, and plan my high carb days around a treat (my next one around some fruit/yogurt) it works really well. I love the results I'm getting, and isn't that what it's about anyway?
