Running 3 10 minute miles 4-5 times a week with some upper body/hamstring/isometric/balance ball thrown in...looking to get out of my cardio rut, loose more fat and get cut!

HOW I STARTED:

Started about 2 years ago after dieting off 65 pds. After going from a 16 to a 5/6 I was ready to get tone! After quite a bit of trial and error I realized that a high protein/high cardio gives me the best boost of energy and love running and isometrics! Looking to take it to a new level and get cut!

WHY I LOVE IT:

The energy level and, let's be honest, a cute pair of buns.
