How I Started:
I got started working out when I was bored one day and thought I should do something. So a buddy of mine and I went to the GYM and I have been going since.
Why I Love It:
I love it because at the time it gave me something to do, but I just felt better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by making sure that I can get into the GYM but also I have alot of friends that go aswell so we go and lift. Also being part of "TEAM WILDMAN" keeps me active in the GYM seen. And working out with A.B.B'S in Afghanistan was awesome, we rock. Now what's up? "Abad Buff BodieS"....4 life
BB Accomplishments:
Major Bodybuilding accomplishment, I dont have any right now but I would say that a goal is to actually stay with it long enough to be as big as I would like and keep it on.

The Long term goal would be to gain 20 to 30 pounds of muslce by the end of the year and continue with my education in fitness and nutrition. I already am Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA and have a Career Diploma in Fitness and Nutrition.

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I use a training log and also try to keep my body space updated. This way I can always improve and track my progress.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Well for me the Deadlift. Since it is a lower back movement or motion.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
I think it is improper form really, that and trying to be the big guy, lifting to heavy of weights.
