I used to mess around with weights at the gym, was bored with the little progress I made till I found Arnold's Encyclopedia. I read the Basic Training program and took it up as a challenge. There was no turning back.

How I Stay Motivated:
Something just doesnt seem right if I stop for a while. Its innate. Plus Training DVDs and Monkey D. Luffy and Roronoa Zoro do their share when it comes to motivation.
BB Accomplishments:
Went from 110lbs to 176 @ 6 feet in 2 years.

when though!? do you do abs after a back or leg workout?...or do you go twice a day? thats my problem because by the time i'm done with my workout i want to lay down and die.
