How I Started:
my start in body building can from an invite from my neighbour,he and his wife are avid amateur body builders. The gym was in their basement and i just lifted what she lifted ,seemed like a safe start, until it came to legs ...ouch!
well that was my "introduction" but i didnt get serious until feb 2008 .I have since struggled through personal issues as well as injury to stay focused ,the fact that i am still at it with gains is a great pat on the back .
Why I Love It:
I like body building/working out because its great to feel that pump. The feel of your muscles working together" the feeling of tight"
How I Stay Motivated:
I am know what i want ,and the only way to get it is to work out. PERIOD!I like looking in the mirror and watching my body,s transformation .To stay focused and achieve your body goals goes far beyond the gym!
BB Accomplishments:
my body is just starting to change ....get real definition....lose the flabby look and no more man titties !

Hey Oman, thanks for reading my blog, I'm definitely going to keep it as clean as I can. I'm sure I'll drink at some point, but I like knowing that I don't have to. =D
Remember to STRETCH before you work out... I always do at least 5 min of stretching all my muscles before I do anything... Always works... =D
