clean eating..and its not a diet..its a life style!! dont put anything in your mouth that is processed..eat natural foods because that is what your body is made to do!

If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
i didnt start over, i just made some changes..im using the biggest loser cardio dvd..once maybe twice a day. if i dont do the dvd twice a day then i do it once and do atleast 30mins cardio on the treadmill...on top of the cardio i am weight training three days a week. i use Chicken Tunas...
Repeat the following mantra: I am strong and disciplined, I can eat just one plate of Thanksgiving dinner and continue my workouts during the holiday!Or if you decide to have that as your cheat day I can support that too! LOL you are doing GREAT :0)
