To train a little harder, get a little more toned, and build some sexy muscle mass!
Goal (Long):
My weight goal isn't very specific. I'd love to get back into the shape I was in a few years ago. Life's gotten really hectic and stressful the last couple of years, and I've no longer been able to visit the gym as frequently as I used to. As a result, I've gained a few pounds of not to lean body mass and I've gotten much weaker. I'm tired of feeling soft and weak and I'm ready to kick my butt back into high gear. My ultimate goal is to reach peak physical condition and maintain a more muscular, fit, and healthy body, better than any shape I've obtained in the past. I don't really want to lose 5 Lbs., just replace 5 Lbs. of body fat with 5 Lbs. of lean muscle. Eventually, I would like to receive my certification in personal training and enter into my first fitness competition.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 5 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
15%

Do you have any type of chronic disease or condition?
Yes
What is it?
I have moderate scoliosis and spina bifida
How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
My right shoulder blade and clavicle developed differently from my left side. Thus, one side of my back looks dramatically different than the other. However, I've found that since I've taken up weight training, the more attention I devote to training my Traps and Lats, the less noticeable my condition is. Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I pulled my sciatic nerve back in high school. I wasn't really aware of proper form then and thought it'd be impressive if I tried to cling more than I could lift , hoping I'd catch the attention of this cute guy in my gym. Instead I ended up hobbling away in pain. Yeah, that was smart! hahaI pulled my sciatic nerve back in high school.
