been studying at the moment. The fat percentage is higher and I have muscle wasting... I think this is a good starting point to get on track or hope it's not as bad as I think :)

The thing that I hate the most about trying to get my core muscles moving is that ONLY the right side will react in the way I want it to as you can see from the right obliques. This is due to previous fractures in the L2 and L4 region. :( hopefully I will get there

hopefully you can see a little change in my mid section opposed the 13th dec, 2008!! still needs more work though!
