How I Started:
I started working out for sport in 2003 at a gym with a tour team and I never really got into it because I was playing 2 representative sports and 2 club/social/school sport. At the time enough training was sport specific physical activity!
I started back in 2005 studying for the HSC exercising for stress relief, watching too much wrestling and doing Rehab for a fractured back (a smaller frame and contact sport don't go together too well) which in hindsight I think was burnout.
I have a job were I sit on my bum all day and come home to do my uni study (and yes more sitting on the bum), so being active is a privilege that I'm missing a little too much!
Why I Love It:
I love the pick me up!!

Goal (Long):
FOR ME, TIME MANAGEMENT IS A CONCEPT THAT I DON'T THINK EXISTS.......
I want a strong looking mid section, a lower fat percentage and a increase in lean muscle mass. I want to increase my arms only a little as I decrease the fat. I want to get a bit more balance with work and play (so to speak) and give myself the time I need to get the body I want. I'd have enough time if I didn't sleep.. :)
hey i been alright a ****ty past month injuries and that gay flu... it sucks ey but overall not to bad making gains slowly bf is going up though which isn't good hmmm hope your weekend is going well!
Thnaks for the compliment on the progress pic. I dont like it bc my waist looks huge. im on a pretty hardcore diet right now and ive seen some better leaness so ill post those soon. Keep up the work you look great.
