How I Started:
I started working out for sport in 2003 at a gym with a tour team and I never really got into it because I was playing 2 representative sports and 2 club/social/school sport. At the time enough training was sport specific physical activity! I started back in 2005 studying for the HSC exercising for stress relief, watching too much wrestling and doing Rehab for a fractured back (a smaller frame and contact sport don't go together too well) which in hindsight I think was burnout. I have a job were I sit on my bum all day and come home to do my uni study (and yes more sitting on the bum), so being active is a privilege that I'm missing a little too much!
Why I Love It:
I love the pick me up!! everything you wear looks better, you feel better.. need I say more?!

Goal (Long):
FOR ME, TIME MANAGEMENT IS A CONCEPT THAT I DON'T THINK EXISTS....... I want a strong looking mid section, a lower fat percentage and a increase in lean muscle mass. I want to increase my arms only a little as I decrease the fat. I want to get a bit more balance with work and play (so to speak) and give myself the time I need to get the body I want. I'd have enough time if I didn't sleep.. :)

I want to GAIN 2 kg

Tomorrow is the first day of placement at the local gym.... A little excited but extremely nervous!!!

Thnaks for the compliment on the progress pic. I dont like it bc my waist looks huge. im on a pretty hardcore diet right now and ive seen some better leaness so ill post those soon. Keep up the work you look great.
