Hey man, thanks for the comment, and nice progress yourself in a month. If you want to gain 20 lbs I'd lay off of cardio or only do light cardio a couple times a week, lift your fricken brains out, and keep eating good carbs, good fats, and good proteins every two hrs. Get a multi vitamin, and maybe try creatine. When I took creatine for a month I gained eight lbs - although it wasn't all muscle, but gain 20 lbs or more of hopefully muscle and then cut up with cardio like 5 times a week.
