How I Started: The WWE inspired me a lot when I was younger also action movies like Rocky really motivated to change my body. Also looking in the mirror also inspired me to change my body and that's what I'm doing at the moment.
Why I Love It: I believe hard work pays off and all those people that said you couldn't do it and expected you to quit will be sorry at the end when your big and they're still small and doing biceps only with bad form.
How I Stay Motivated: Videos, pictures of working out. The mirror and just motivating myself through thinking and music

Hey man. I decided to quit doing an online log just because it was becoming a hassle. I'm just keeping a journal in my notebook from now on. But if I start an online one again, or revive my other one, I'll tell you. Oh and my golf handicap isnt that great... about 15. My best round was +8 this year, worst was +26
