Overall Goal: Get a clue, Get into a routine again, Get back on track!

Still looking for a trainer. Some don't answer e-mail, others not knowledgeable, what to do?

When I Started:
Nov, 2008
How I Started:
I lifted some when I was Active Duty Air Force, but never regularly. It was something to do to kill time while @ PSAB.
Why I Love It:
It is great stress relief.
Gym time is MY time, alone, free from the bothers of my cell phone, work, and the other bothers of daily life.
If I don't progress, the only person I can blame is myself for not putting in enough sweat equity.
You can see and feel productivity over time.
There's nothing like the burn of a good set in the morning.
How I Stay Motivated:
For me it is a private head game with myself... and I don't like to loose.
In reality, I have a good medical reason to turn myself around.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting to the gym in the morning... ya gotta start somewhere...

If it burns, do a few more.
If it's a sharp pain, stop.
If it doesn't hurt tomorrow, you wasted your time!
If you can't take it... join the Girl Scouts.
?The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens.? - A. Schwarzenegger
This was taken May of 2007. It is the closest thing I could find to a "before" picture as I avoided cameras with my shirt off from then on after seeing this pic. I was about 318 lbs in this picture. Looking at this makes me want to puke.
Might have been better off if there was smoke too (smoke, light, mirrors.. ha ha ha!) Gained some definition in my shoulders, long way to go still. 304 lbs here.
So yeah, I'm back... kinda. Not posting much here regarding my workouts. I really want to get a trainer, but I'll be damned if anyone is interested in training me. Do I have that much attitude? I sent an e-mail to a few expressing interests and goals, and never heard back. I don't think I...
Although it may be easier to start a new acct I am hoping that someone on BB.Com's tech support learned something when dealing w/ you and your 1st acct. Doubtful but I am keeping my fingers crossed.
