i was in great shape 3-4 years ago when my son was born i had to quit my job as a personal trainer to make sure he would be able to have all the great things his mother and i have always had. I got a desk job and started working and not lifting i lost every thing that i had built for myself over my 20 years. I decided to get a job again Training and went to work and decided to make a change in my life and that i would always make sure my son was taken care of but i have to make sure i take care of myself for him in the long run
Hey i wanted to say thank you for the add as a friend and i hope to get your vote as bodyspace spokesmodel! thanks for everything and glad i can be an inspiration!

Yes more important to be the father you can be for your son. Yes to get in shape for yourself. Personal training, yes I'm sure you were probably criticize when training others. So u getting in shape would be to silence the naysayers.
