How I Started:
I had just moved out on my own,refused to cook, quit smoking (cold-turkey) and was shipped off to the midnight shift at my new job. I got fat.....quick! Then I picked up a Muscle & Fitness magazine and I hit the ground running!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel strong and confident....a little more self-assured.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am in awe of the human body - how it works like a machine, yet adapts to it's tasks... watching it transition is simply amazing
BB Accomplishments:
None..... been in and out of "the game" sporadically over the past 6+ years but this time it's gonna stick!
So life has finally settled down and perhaps now I can shift my focus to the gym. Summer has been crazy...crazier than any other. No one can imagine the things I have been through. Not that I'm making excuses, especially since I hate excuses. I take full responsiblity and accountibility...
