i just find it the best because its fast absorbing after a workout.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Motivational videos on youtube.. of guys like Kevin Levrone, Dorian Yates, and some MMA highlight videos (Mirko Cro Cop, Andrei Arlovski), metal/rock music also helps get me pumped.

yeah, its mostly older adults and little kids from what i can tell. people are so busy running around doing stuff all the time and working so many hours and with women having more and more careers outside the home, people dont have the time to sit and have a meal at home. so they go to mcdonalds. I havent eaten there in 3 years but I know people who eat there 4 times a week
