How I Started:
I seen a picture of myself and a friend and seen how bad i looked. I also found out that my future involes Professional wrestling so I have to be in tip top shape for that. I used to weigh close to 300lbs but back when I had my job and my ability to drive I was in the gym everyday and lost about 100lbs. I wont quit working toward my dream of becoming a pro wrestler. I can quit. I am probably one of the most determined people you will ever meeet. If you would know everything that has happened to me. My family is not rich not even close. but Ill make it and I will get them away from these money problems. I am very determined and I will not stop. I know Pro Wrestling is where God wants me to be. If you can share any tips with me I really need them. Also Please Read my blogs By the ways Pervicax ( Per-Va-Cax) is latin for the determined. "These dreams are enough to make better people to quit. But Not Me"
Why I Love It:
I love every second of it. All the Lifting, Pushing and Pulling. I realoly love it when my skin feels like its about to rip. But I love seeing the results. And showing myself and others That i can and will do it. I also enjoy meeting people through it, Like here on bodyspace. I need alot of encouraging friends. Not to many around here. "Each step upward makes me feel strong and fit for the next step"
How I Stay Motivated:
"With God all things are Possible" - Matthew 19:26 By people and my friends on here. In my town there are no bodybuilders or "Gym Rats" well no Gyms to be rats in lol. So I try to make friends on here that can help me and i can help them. All the success stories are very motivating too. People that made it and worked through everything. I also collect bodybuilding quotes and I watch Pro Wrestling and thats my dream so It motivates me that much more. Also I know its my only chance at my dream. I will make it for myself and my family. "There is no such thing as Failure, There is only success or quiting and Im Not A Quiter!!"
BB Accomplishments:
Lost over 120Lbs. None other ones yet. But Just wait!

Diet Diet Diet my man. Also some supps to help would be yohimbine and L-tyrosene a half hour before you do any steady state cardio. Also the best time to do the cardio would be in the morning on an empty stomach. Also mix in HIIT 2 to 3 times a week. All of this should help tremendously...Happy I can be an inspiration to you man

Oh, I don't just believe in God.I believe in his son Jesus Christ leaving his riches, to become poor, and die...all so we can be saved!! I don't know and will never know ANYONE who would do any of that for me except for Jesus Christ. Who would give up riches, and be poor to save anyone?? We are too self-involved to do much of anything w/out his grace. Thanks for commenting. I really appreciate it!!

I have been working out for a long time, but that doesn't mean it will take you a long time to get results. It all depends on how disciplined and motivated you are. I work out at home too. I have a home free weight gym system. Hope you're having a great weekend! God bless you bro!
