Started in highschool when I took a strength and conditioning class.
Why I Love It:
It allows me to lead by example. I love the feeling of accomplishment when I reach a personal goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation comes from my beautiful wife, my training parter, Bodybuilding.com along with other resources.
