More like two and a half years of actual training, there were many long gaps where I was doing hard physical work and just didn't train at all.....

LOL Yes I put it there, it's from May last year ('08) I played with the colours (colour replacement) on photoshop.... Oddly enough I've never managed that effect since with any other photo.....

I need to update that, I'm getting a bit more sleep now, but it took ages to recover.....(not like when I was younger).Saw your leg W/O squatting 118kgs 6sets 10 reps per set!! now that is something I wish I could do.....
