I better win....I have never dieted and trained so hard....my physique is better and alot more harder...I am stronger...and more positive...I know where I need to be...and if I usually give 100% I win...this time I am giving 110%...and also remembering the guy that placed ahead of me...he shouldn't have...I was better...this time I am going to be perfect...and I mean it...he is my motivation...everyday that I train!!! lol

Mine is going awesome! I am getting ready to do the same show I got third in last time...I want 1st and won't settle for less!!! I have been dieting and training so hard....I am going to be posting new pics soon. Time for me to get them professionally done...ya know?!?
