My Motivation Program

I want to stay healthy. I was diagnosed with hypertension and tachycardia at 19, so I can't really stop working out and take the chance of dying at a young age. Plus, watching others work out really gets me going and I hope to one day be the motivation for other people.

Crueljoker007 Oh by the way, that one page I did fill contained all the exercises we did during the week every day we worked out.. Crueljoker007 But yeah dude, I've been doing some calisthenics but mainly working out now at L.A. Fitness at Coral Gables, are you familiar with that one? Crueljoker007 We went to the gym for like a good 6 months right? I found my workout log that I had used when we went to the gym.. I open it up, expecting to see awesome logs and I find out that I only filled one page -_-.. Lol. 1/10/10. I forgot how much weight I gained by end of us working out, but I remember weighing myself at some point and I was 136. Long story short, I weighed myself again a month or so after we stopped going and I had gotten back to like 117 or something. It was quite depressing, lmao. Nov 18, 2012 8:07pm

I don't even remember we stopped going to the gym back then, but I'm sure it was cause I stopped showing up or something I'm sure. Crueljoker007 By the way, I just remembered how I fount you step by step 1. go to Motivation 2. click on Transformations on the left 3. click on Male Transformations on the left 4. Click on your keyboard CTRL+F, which should open up the "Find" option 5. Search "Skinny" 6. Click on the first one on the top of the list that it finds, it should be titled "Body transformation:How little guys get huge" 7. Check out the most recent comment. Nov 5, 2012 3:29am
