When I Started:
Aug, 2009
How I Started:
Well, I've lifted weights on and off since 7th grade. I always found it fun and exciting, but I never had the motivation to keep going for more than 2 weeks. At the beginning of this month (August 2009), I finally decided that I was gonna do more than 2 weeks of lifting. The mixture of boredom and motivation got me pumped and ready to get started. It's almost been 3 weeks already and I'm still feeling good.
Why I Love It:
I just love the way it makes me feel during and after a good workout. Working out makes me feel and look better. How can that ever be a bad thing?
How I Stay Motivated:
I have one important reason that keeps me motivated, but I don't want to share it. Just know that I keep going no matter what.
This is the body I've had since 8th grade. Not bad for not doing much of anything, really. Sorry for the old picture. It was the only one with my shirt off. Lol.
In addition to being as healthy as I can, my goal is to pass my little brother body wise. We both have good genes, but he inherited them a bit more than I did. I've always been the strong one and he's been the lean, firm one. I will take both titles for my self. Bwahaha.
I don't know this guy personally, but by just going through his profile, it seems like he's a good person. Oh, and not to mention that his pictures obviously show that he's dedicated to staying in shape. I wish ******** products weren't so expensive. =(
Nothing major; just some of the exercises I like to do. I'm kind limited to only using dumbbells and one machine for my back. Everything is 3 sets of 8 reps, except for the calf raises and the abs exercises. I do 3 sets of 30 reps for calf raises, switching the position of my feet every 10 reps...
