Goal (Long): I really want to maintain a small waist. I'm not naturally a small waisted girl, I have to work with my frame. Once I get to my goal i feel i will be able to keep it there. The weight is not so important to me. I want power and endurance, and to "strike fear in the heart of man". LOL!!!!!!!!!! j/k

Hi there Chelsea! Re definition, you know, I think it is genetic combined with a lot of intense cardio. My trainer told me to take L-Carnitine, Chromium Picolinate, Alfalfa and I also take a womens multivitamin. I am new to bodybuilding and have been taking all these for the past month. I have been training hard for 7 weeks now...I will post some new pics in a couple of weeks. Please stay in contact!! Belinda
