The Cardio and Crossfit is constantly something different, never giving my body a chance to adapt to anything! It's GREAT stuff!
I chose this because Crossfit trains you in ways nothing else can! If you can find a Crossfit gym close to you just give it a month and you'll never EVER leave! By adding the sport or athletic activity you love you'll become a MACHINE! This stuff has me hooked!
