What -Kyle- Is Up To:
Nov 23, 2009
-Kyle-changed Weight from 175 lbs. to 162 lbs., a 13 lb. loss in 119 days
Today I finally got some reward after a month of work and little encouraging results. I finally got my 1 rep max on bench press to 200 lbs. That's nothing to most people on here but I just started getting serious and nice to up my max by, a natural, 15 lbs in 1 month.
This is the James Bond workout from Men's Health. I've been out of the gym for a few months and need to ease back into it. I will also do cardio after each session to get rid of some of the fat that crept up on me.
