I'm getting pretty mad about this. I'm starting to think it was all a lie, and especially now that the thread is closed without any notice. He had the time to close the thread, he could have given us an update.

my progress is going pretty good. Just gotta get caught up and stay caught up with things...(work+school+training +women.... Sheesh)
BTW that sounds like a sweet as research project. I think i have 1 or 2 to do pre graduation and then i might just do another for grad school purposes.
Eating realitively clean, I added a weight gainer though for extra cals. I'm trying to add weight right now, then I'll cut up begining in May.
Are you dieting all the way through?

Challenge yourself and you will get where you want to be. The real secret, if there really is one is in eating 5 or 6 clean, small, healthy meals a day, working out with weights 3-4 times a week and doing cardio at least 3 times a week. I chose the Body for Life program for my much-needed body transformation and lost over 50 lb’s in only 12 weeks by following it. Give me a yell if I can be of assistance.
