Thanks for the comment. What DL program did you just begin? I'm looking into some seriously hardcore programs to start around Christmas. As long as I can incorporate some strongman movements into my training I'll be happy.

Training is going well now. I do not keep track of my calorie or macronutrient intake. I just eat. I've learned to eat for my goals. 7 meals or more a day, 100% grape juice before training w/ creatine mono and beta alanine, Animal Nitro during warm-up sets, and milk post training. Nothing special, man.

Good to hear from you! Cam has tried giving me updates about you from time to time. If your tendons bother you, buy sleeves - Rehband ones work great (I use 'em). I have a meet on Saturday Oct 24th, dead only. We'll soon see what I can do...

Awesome transformation! Keep biking, lifting, and eating right. I was just in NC (Maggie Valley) last week. I did a lot of hiking and climbing in the mountains. Great place to get in shape.
