Goal (Long):
As a kid, I was an embarassment. Weighing nearly 200lb at 5'9", I could not bench press 55lb during freshmen year of PE, let alone do a proper pushup. I decided that has to change and joined track, which i ended up staying for 4 years and made a huge progress.
I started working out when I was 14 by purchasing a pair of 20lb dumbell. Embarassed by my physical capability, i decided to make a change. Two years after than, I bought a bench and 300lb barbell set and thats when my lifting career jumpstarted. I enjoy reading about training a lot. Right now I decided to make a goal so i have something to work for so i'm aiming for the powerlifting meet.
